We ship all over India. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. It is equally exciting and motivating for us to deliver you the royal Al Fadak perfume, just as it is for you to experience it. Delivery takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email or SMS that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Despite the trust you have placed in our services, handling such a fragile bottle that was prepared with care and shipped by experts can still end up breaking.
We request that you take a video of yourself unboxing the bottle. This will enable us to be sure that it did not slip out of your hands in the middle of other pressing concerns in the palace.

Mail us your video and after a thorough check, we will deliver another one without any further charges.

Again, upon showing the video from your end, and checking from our side, we will deliver you a new one. Otherwise, no new bottles will be shipped to you.

No returns and refunds will be entertained.
